Solution Focused Work makes management easier and more effective.
More and more examples and practical cases in companies indicate that
Solution Focused Work is proving more and more effective in management.
Solution Focused practice has its roots in the therapeutic approach devised at BFTC Milwaukee, USA, by ==> Insoo Kim Berg and Steve de Shazer. This year’s conference will be held in memoriam Steve de Shazer who died in Vienna on September 11, 2005.
The approach values simplicity in philosophy and language and aims to
discover "what works" in a given situation, simply and practically. The
focus on solutions, the future, and on what's going well (rather than
what's gone wrong) leads to a positive and pragmatic way to work with
organisations and individuals.
